Fermented-bran-based food culture of Kitakyushu was certified as “100-year-food”
for the next 100 years by Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs on March the 3rd, 2022.

We have been doing succession and awareness program of the traditional food (Nuka-doko and Nuka-daki).
And our program to achieve further development and evolution of the bran-based food culture in the next 100 years is energetically active.
